Access statement for Bramley Lodge @ New Barns Farm.

Bramley Lodge has plenty of safe parking, and a large turning area, on a slightly uneven surface, with plenty of lighting at night.

The entrance to the Lodge can be two metres from the car.

Help with your luggage is always available.

The owners live on site.

The barn is a single storey conversion, entrance through patio doors, with a 17cm step, all interior and exterior doors are 84cm wide.

Good free space in the living area, some of the furniture is free standing and can therefore be moved.

One double bedroom and one twin bedroom both are spacious and light, with access to both sides of the beds.

En suites to both bedrooms one with a bath, the other has a double floor level shower.

The en suite bedrooms are on the ground floor but do not have any disabled facilities.

The floors, except for the en suites, which a re tiled, have carpets thus giving a good contrast to walls, doorways, and furniture.

Level access across the yard to guest’s own pretty garden.

Access statement for New Barns Farmhouse: ‘The Granary Suite’

The farmhouse has plenty of safe parking and a large turning area on a tarmac surface.

The entrance to the farmhouse is located 15 metres from the parking area, with plenty of light at night.

Help with your luggage is always available please ask.

The owners live on site.

Entrance into a conservatory via a 18cm step. The floor is tiled, and plenty of seating is available.

Patio doors with a small 3cm rise takes you into guests sitting/dinning room, which has no steps, carpet flooring, good colour contrast between, floors, walls, and furnishings.

The farmhouse is on two floors and we have no lift.

One double & one single bedroom, and a compact shower room are reached via the stairs. One small step on the landing, night light available.

The “Granary Suite” is let only as a unit.

The farmhouse and Bramley Lodge are covered by vodaphone

 and some other mobile networks, please ask & we will point you to the best spot. The house telephone is also available for guest use, in an emergency.

Telephone numbers for local taxis are available, as the nearest bus stop is a mile away.
